Changed the "slogan" for tradio.

Noticed a big difference in the way firefox displays tradio vs IE... Like firefox better

Any idea how to remove the little drupal bubble devil or the IE logo from the URL bar?

It would be nice to replace that with the tiny head phone jpeg.

I would like to create a change control thread to capture the smal changes that are going to occur over the next couple months.
